All prices are in EURO and include VAT.

Shipping cost
Shipping cost depends on volume/weight and destination.
In your shopping cart you can add your address to get shipping estimation. It will be updated when you add, change or remove products. Once your order is complete you can checkout and we will provide you the shipping costs based on your selection and order.

Payment

During checkout you will get payment details and/or options.
We will process your order once the payment is complete.

Order processing

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days.

Right of return

From the moment of delivery you have 14 days to return your product for a refund. Shipping and packaging is at your own cost and risk. For larger orders we suggest to return orders with insured shipment.

Return conditions

Your returned items must contain a copy of your order with return items marked. Mark the box on the outside with your order number.

The returned goods may not have been opened. The packaging must be in its original, undamaged condition. We cannot credit goods that do not meet the return policy.

Within 14 days after receiving and accepting your returns we will refund you the costs of the returned items. If you return an entire order, we will also credit your shipping costs.
